I stumbled across this site whilest I was looking for Smart Alec pics, cause I am a fan of Hero Head Gear, and or goofy costumes. Anywho, this site has lots of figs and lots of categories of figs to choose from. http://www.superfigs.net/ The quality of the minis isnt top notch, but I find them interesting. 
I likes these villian minis... Zero Machine and Jump Monkey.
or Mr. Cranium and Microbot. It has a skirmish/wargame system with the site.
I would so kill Kid Boomerang.
