Not every supplement has the crunchies that you would expect, but Wrath and Rage had all the bases covered. It is full of race specific (orc feats) abilities so that your orc has that little something extra, and several prestige classes to add to your campaign if you go for the whole prestigey notion. . While every orc would top out at ten, your orc could go to ELEVEN.
Hammer and Helm is also decent, all about Dwarvish folks, but pales compared to the Orc book, but it does give idears here and there that may spark some cool idears of your own as it did with me.
Ronin also does a Race of renown, for elf, as well as the dark ones, and has a book on half breeds which does, in fact, boggle the mind. But alas, no half man-half carrot.
